Adjunct Professor of modern art history and modern architectural history at Lehman College and City College of New York (2013-2015). Participant at De Ateliers in Amsterdam (2010-2012), and holds an MPhil from the Graduate Center, MA from the Slade School of Art, UCL, and a BA from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.

Current research topic: media art and squatting in the Netherlands, 1980-1995

Interested in the aesthetics and ideology of the tech industry, the construction of scientific thinking, networked conspiracies/fictions/narratives, weird technologies, urban paranoia, and obscure histories. In the past, worked with systems, codes & languages, maps, money, transportation networks, utopian architecture, obsolete media, and niche subcultures.
